My prayer for next week at BoB and T4G is that God would reinforce this centrality of the Gospel, which has been entrusted to us, as the defining truths that forms and sustains each of us in grace, and His Church corporately. Made <a href="http://doulosofchrist.blogspot.com/2008/04/preaching-gospel-to-church.html" rel="nofollow">post</a> on this yesterday as well. Soli Deo Gloria... Halelujah, what a Savior! What amazing good news, what freeing, healing, life imparting, sweet words from God. Oh, may my heart not think, or pray, or sing in a lukewarm manner. Yet even here, isn't it true, that my heart must be rekindled by God's Holy Spirit to rejoice... "Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sin is covered. Just ponder for two seconds of how gracious our Lord is to trust His Gospel to sinners who are not worthy of trust? Only in Him, only in Him... It is very humbling to think on trust and the Gospel.
